Beet Frozen Yogurt Bark

Frozen Beet Yogurt Bark is an incredibly easy, and unique way to use beet- dessert combination. A delightful frozen treat that has the health benefits of beets without tasting like beets, and all the sweetness of a real dessert without added preservatives or regular sugar. It is a simple combination of a high quality yogurt, honey, and Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals. The crystals create a beautiful vibrant hot pink color, and dissolve immediately. This is a very kid-friendly dessert. It also is a wonderful snack for anyone on a warm day. The toppings added can give extra protein and flavor.

If you prefer extra creamy frozen yogurt, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream.

You can make this exact recipe into just frozen yogurt that is poured into a bread pan that you can scoop out with an icecream scoop, or even in muffin tins for individual frozen yogurt bites.

I use some extra Salus Organic Red Beet Crytals and sprinkled on top without mixing in to create specks/sprinkle design in my frozen yogurt bark. You could also use to make swirl design into the bark before adding your toppings.

I used a cooking baking pan but if you prefer a thicker bark, just a 9x9 inch pan.

This recipe tastes great with just the yogurt by itself or with added toppings. I believe the toppings I chose pair really well with the Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals.
