Recipe serves 4

Ingredients

1/3 Cup White Sugar

1/3 Water

3 Lemons

3 Cups Sparkling Water

4 TBL Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals

Directions

1. Keep a bottle of Sparkling Water cool in the fridge.

2. Make a Simple Syrup- Dissolve equal parts 1/3 Sugar and 1/3 cup of Water in a small pot on the stove. Let cool in fridge.

3. Juice at least 1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice. I used 3 large lemons.

4. Add 4 TBLS Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals and dissolve in 1/2 cup of water.

5. In a medium or large size pitcher, combine all ingredients…lemon juice, simple syrup, Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals, and Sparkling Water

6. Fill a glass with Ice. Add lemon slices for decoration inside the glass and a Lemon Twist on top.
