Red Beet Christmas Mocktail
The hero of this refreshing holiday spritzer is Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals. Cranberry Juice is a favorite for both mocktails and cocktails alike; however, I wanted to create a less tart drink that offers more nutritional value and highlight the versatility of Salus Organic Red Beet Crystals. I really love the flavor the Red Beet Crystals brings, and they especially pair well with holiday flavors, such as ginger beer, lime, and rosemary. The red beet crystals dissolve instantaneously, making this drink a wonderfully easy option to make for a holiday party or enjoying the spritzer at home around the Christmas tree.
